Sales Executive

Job Duties:
– Generate business by identifying, developing new customers and new projects
– To support the tactical day-to-day sales operations, handling sales inquiries and quotation, order follow-up, problem solving and customer relationship management
– Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports
– Assist to develop the strategies of prospection and promotion
– Drive sales results through developing new customers and retention of existing customers
– Identify and acquire new sales opportunities

Requirements:
– Diploma or above
– Fresh graduates are welcome
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; verbal fluency in Cantonese is essential
– Customer service oriented, reliable and self-motivated
– Strong organizational and time management skills, detail oriented
– Proactive, positive thinking, analytical, presentable with good interpersonal skills


Deskside Support Engineer

Job Duties:
– Handle Tier 1 help desk tickets / escalations through tickets or phone
– Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
– Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
– Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
– Desktop Support, setup and configuration
– Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Requirements:
– Diploma / Certificate in Computer Studies or equivalent
– 1 years relevant working experience
– Have a strong technical knowledge in Windows XP, 7, 2008 R2
– MCP / MCSE / MCITP holder preferred
– Implementation of new projects
– Good interpersonal skills, initiative, work independently


HR & Admin Executive

Job Duties:
РProvide clerical support to the team in human resources & office administration functions
– Prepare administrative duties such as general office admin, procurement & maintenance of office equipment and handling incoming/outgoing emails
– Perform human resources duties, including recruitment, leave and attendance administration, maintain personnel databases and filing records
– Assist in Marketing Team for ad-hoc projects/events
– Assist in COE Team for ad-hoc duties
– Prepare reports, calculation of cost
– Provide support and coordinate on programs, ad-hoc projects, and others

Requirements:
– At least one-year working experience, preferably in IT & HR field
– Well organized with detailed minded, and able to work independently
– Hard-working, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Initiative & good communication skill
– Proficiency in MS office
– Immediate available is preferred
– Fresh Graduate will also be considered

 


Office Assistant

Job Duties:
– Responsible for both internal and external documents delivery
– Prepare various reports and documents filing
– Check and release instructions
– Perform general office administration duties
– Prepare for meeting rooms set up
– Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Form 5 graduate with 1 year relevant working experience
– Willing to perform labour work
– Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge is a must
– Fresh graduate with strong passion in the financial sector will also be considered
– Immediate available is an advantage


Network Engineer

Job Duties:
– Perform daily network/security administration, operations and maintenance activities, capacity planning
– Network administrations on routers, switches and other network appliances
– Provide support to stabilize, monitor and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including hardware and software

Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines;
– 1+ years relevant working experience in related industries;
РPrefer CCNA holder, familiar with switches, routers, firewall setup & maintenance
– Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Network Engineer
– Fresh graduated will also be considered, training will be provided
