Sales Manager

Job Duties:

– Participate in company strategic and tactical planning
– Visiting Developers, Architects & Contractors for business development
– Maintain long term relationship with existing and prospective clients

Requirements:

– Diploma or above with 5 years+ related working experience and at least 2 years in managerial level

Senior Account Manager

Job Duties:
– Build up a sustainable and long-term relationship through in-depth understanding of enterprise and corporate customer business and operation requirement
– Provide professional consulting service in imaging hardware, software, infrastructure solution and managed service through implementation of strategic account review and customer visit plan
– Prepare proposal and conduct solution presentation
– Manage and growth with assigned customer accounts, and new business development by meeting and achieve monthly sales target
– Keep abreast of business trends of various industries, IT technology trends and business optimization process

Requirements:

– Diploma or above, with a minimum of 3 years solid sales experience
– Account servicing and management experience, particular experience in B2B business is preferable
– Mature with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skill, good spoken and written in English and Chinese
– Aggressive attitude, hardworking, strong character to take up the challenge, able to work independently, self-motivated and good team player
– Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager


Sales Executive

Job Duties:
– Generate business by identifying, developing new customers and new projects
– Support the tactical day-to-day sales operations, handling sales inquiries and quotation, order follow-up, problem-solving and customer relationship management
– Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports
– Assist to develop the strategies of prospection and promotion
– Drive sales results through developing new customers and retention of existing customers
– Identify and acquire new sales opportunities

Requirements:
– Diploma or above
– Fresh graduates are welcome
– Good verbal and written communication skills in English; verbal fluency in Cantonese is essential
– Customer service oriented, reliable and self-motivated
– Strong organizational and time management skills, detail oriented
– Proactive, positive thinking, analytical, presentable with good interpersonal skills


Human Resources Supervisor

Job Duties:
– Perform all-around human resources duties, including C&B, recruitment, payroll administration, onboard & off board arrangement
– Manage the whole process of the monthly payroll including all kinds of allowance, MPF contributions, bonus and final payments of all staff
– Work closely with the team to ensure all payroll and holiday are processed accurately in a timely manner
– Identify areas for improvement on HR processes and review relevant policies guideline and procedures
– Provide support on organizing company functions, staff activities and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
– At least 4 years of solid HR management experience
– Higher Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
– Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
– Good interpersonal and communication skills; well-organized and detail-minded
– Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
– Proficient in MS Word and Excel


Deskside Support Engineer

Job Duties:
– Handle Tier 1 help desk tickets/escalations through tickets or phone
– Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
– Create accounts and configure hardware as part of the onboarding process
– Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
– Desktop Support, setup and configuration
– Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Requirements:
– Diploma / Certificate in Computer Studies or equivalent
– At least 1 year of relevant working experience
– Have a strong technical knowledge in Windows XP, 7, 2008 R2
– MCP / MCSE / MCITP holder preferred
– Implementation of new projects
– Good interpersonal skills, initiative, work independently


Network Engineer

Job Duties:
– Perform daily network/security administration, operations and maintenance activities, capacity planning
– Network administrations on routers, switches and other network appliances
– Provide support to stabilize, monitor and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including hardware and software

Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines;
– 1+ years of relevant working experience in related industries;
– Prefer CCNA holder, familiar with switches, routers, firewall setup & maintenance
– Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Network Engineer
– Fresh graduate will also be considered, training will be provided
